To ensure a seamless testing process, please adhere to the below guidelines when planning your test:

Make sure to take your test over zoom in the morning and take it to an official UPS store before that day’s air pick-up time. Please do not drop off your package at a dropbox or 3rd-party affiliate. Click here to find the closest UPS store

The CDC requires all air passengers entering the US to present a negative result of a COVID-19 test administered within 3 calendar days of departure. Vault allows travelers to meet this requirement by testing in the comfort of their hotel/home while in the following countries:

City, Guadalajara, Huixquilucan de Degollado, Naucalpan de
Juárez, Tlalnepantla de Baz, Cuautitlán Izcalli, Cuautitlán, &
Monterrey)


Step 1: Verify that there is a 
UPS store near your destination that supports international shipping. Since there is no shipping on weekends from the countries listed above, we recommend using a local testing option if your flight to the US is on a Tuesday or Wednesday.


Step 2: Order the test to your US address no less than 2 weeks prior to leaving the US. Your order will be 
delivered within 4 business days. After placing your order, an agent from our international testing team will email you to collect your travel details and set up your international shipping.

Step 3: Three days before your US-bound flight, go to the link listed in your package to register your test and meet with a Vault supervisor via Zoom to administer your test.

Step 4: On the same day you test, drop off your package at UPS before the store's cutoff for that day’s international shipments. Our shipping label will include global express service.
