To ensure a seamless testing process, please adhere to the below guidelines when planning your test:

Make sure to take your test over zoom in the morning and take it to an official UPS store before that day’s air pick-up time. Please do not drop off your package at a dropbox or 3rd-party affiliate. Click here to find the closest UPS store

Most domestic and international destinations require a negative PCR test taken within 3 days (72 h) of travel to be allowed entry and be exempt from mandatory quarantine.

As of January 26, 2021 the CDC requires all air passengers entering the United States to present a negative COVID-19 test, taken within three calendar days of departure. 

Vault allows travelers to meet these requirements by testing in the comfort of their hotel/home in the following countries:

Dominican Republic
Jamaica

Order the test to your US address no less than 2 weeks prior to leaving the US. Please allow 4 business days for the test to process and deliver to you. You'll bring the test with you to your destination. The day you’re ready to administer the test, you’ll go to a specific link that’s included in your package to register your test and meet with a supervisor over Zoom.

Your test will be shipped back with UPS global express service. After placing your order, an agent from our international testing team will email you to collect your travel details and set up your shipping label and customs forms.
