Most domestic and international destinations require a negative PCR test taken within 3 days (72 h) of travel to be allowed entry and be exempt from mandatory quarantine. 

Vault is proud to have already helped tens of thousands of travelers get tested. With supervised at-home testing, expedited UPS shipping, and test results delivered within 24 hours of arrival at the lab, you can spend your time on planning your trip! 

Tests should be ordered no less than 1 week in advance.

The US requires all air passengers entering from an international location to present a negative result from a COVID-19 test administered within 3 calendar days of departure. Vault offers travelers a convenient way to meet this requirement by testing in the comfort of their hotel/home from the following locations: 


Dominican Republic - Package drop-offs in Santo Domingo, Santiago, and La Caleta.

  • For flights departing Thursday through Monday.

Jamaica - Package drop-offs in Kingston. A Jamaican Taxpayer Registration Number (TRN) is required.

  • For flights departing Thursday through Sunday.

Mexico - Package pick-ups in Cuautitlán, Cuautitlán Izcalli, Guadalajara, Huixquilucan de Degollado,  Mexico City, Monterrey, Naucalpan de Juárez, and Tlalnepantla de Baz.

  • For flights departing Thursday through Monday.


Step 1: Verify that your location and flight date work according to the details above. 

Step 2: Order the test to your US address no less than 2 weeks prior to leaving the US. Your order will be delivered within 4 business days. After placing your order, an agent from our international testing team will email you to collect your travel details and set up your international shipping. 

Step 3: Three days before your US-bound flight, go to the link included in your test kit to register your test and tracking number. You will meet with a Vault supervisor via Zoom to administer your test. 

Step 4: On the same day that you test, drop off your package at the carrier before their cutoff for that day’s shipments (if shipping from Mexico, only carrier pick-ups are available). We will provide the carrier’s contact information once we have your travel details.

If testing in the US: To ensure a seamless testing process, please adhere to the below guidelines when planning your test:

Make sure to take your test over zoom in the morning and take it to an official UPS store before that day’s air pick-up time. Please do not drop off your package at a dropbox or 3rd-party affiliate. Click here to find the closest UPS store to you.

Order your test to your US address right away to ensure you have it with you prior to travel.

If using your test for your return trip back to the US, from an international destination, order the test to your US address and bring it with you on your travels.
